Aikido Lite
Aikido Lite classes are open to all students age 13 and older. These classes are specifically designed for people who, because of physical limitations, feel they are unable to take part in regular Aikido class. This class can easily be used as a rehabilitation and/or exercise class and offers, not only a low impact workout, but also focuses on increasing flexibility and self-defense. Aikido Lite concentrates on the employment of Aikido fundamentals, techniques and weapons within the framework of a student’s physical capabilities. Students who wish to participate in this program for rehabilitation or exercise are strongly encouraged, if scheduling permits, to attend at least three classes per week. Note: Aikido Lite classes to not cover the techniques required to acquire rank in aikido.

Kenkyukai Classes
Participation in this sword practice class is with permission of the instructor. Note: Kenkyukai classes are for practicing Aikido students and does not cover the techniques required to acquire rank in Aikido. This class, which is very similar to Iaido, is a supplement to Aikido training and consists of suburi and kata.
Kenkyukai Class Schedule:
Thursday - 5:00 - 5:40p (Ages 7 & up)
Thursday - 5:45 - 6:30p (Adults & Teens)
Youths (age 7 - 12):
$50/month for unlimited classes
$30/month for each additional youth family member
Teens (age 13 - 17):
$60/month for unlimited classes
$40/month for each additional teen family member
Adults (age 18 and up):
$75/month for unlimited classes
$50/month for each additional adult or expense sharing family member
$30 - 4-Punch Card (option for adults only) covers all classes taught that day. Please note, the 4-Punch Card option can not be used in conjunction with the multi-family member discount.
Aikido Lite:
There is no additional fee for this class if student is paying a monthly membership. A gi is not required
Kenkyukai (Sword Practice Group):
There is no additional fee for this class if student is paying a monthly membership. A hakama and personal bokken w/saya will be required
Discounts:
Full-Time College Students (age 24 and under) – $50/month for unlimited classes
Part-Time College Students (age 24 and under) – $60/month for unlimited classes
Seniors (age 60 and over) – $50/month for unlimited classes
2 for 1 – New students can bring a friend and only pay for one for the first month of membership
Monthly dues must be paid at the 1st of the month. There are no contracts and dues can be paid with cash, personal check or online bill pay.
Punch cards may be purchased as-needed.
